How to buy our beef

Our beef is prepared for sale between April and September. This is when our spring born cattle will be at their best, aged between 25 and 30 months. It is also the time when the early summer grass is at its most luscious enabling a covering of fat to arrive by purely natuiral means. Occasionally we also may produce one or two animals in early December.

Once you are a customer or have registered with us, we will contact you a couple of weeks before the beef is ready to be sent out to you. You can register either by using the link on this website or by e mailing james@tregullow.com .

The box will be delivered overnight to arrive at your front door first thing in the morning after it has been sent from Cornwall. Typically we can fill a box of about 14kgs or 30 lbs of beef. This will include filet, sirloin, and rump steaks, usually four joints , and a quantity of stewing steak and mince. In midsummer we produce more mince which enables you to produce some really tasty burgers for the barbecue
